Shipping policy

Free shipping applies on orders of $100 or more to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, no code needed. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $15. Custom and made-to-order items ship after a 3–4 week production lead time.

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Every piece is cut and finished to order, so please allow production time before shipping. We'll email you as soon as your order leaves our shop in Blue Ridge, Texas.

Parcel delivery (small and medium pieces): Small and medium wall art and signs ship by parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx) with tracking. No signature is required, so please inspect your order and let us know about any damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we'll repair or replace it.

Freight delivery (large, XL and outdoor pieces): Large and extra-large wall art, large signs, privacy screens, fire rings and other heavy pieces ship crated by freight carrier. The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery window. Please inspect your shipment and note any damage on the delivery slip before signing; do not refuse a damaged delivery. Missed delivery appointments may result in redelivery or storage fees from the carrier. Please make sure your piece will fit through your entryway before ordering.

Hochatown and Broken Bow, OK: Cabin sign packages include delivery and installation at your property.
