Have a picture in your head, a photo of your ranch, your cabin, your bird dog or your brand? We’ll draw it for you and cut it in steel. This is the same heavy steel and finishing as our premade designs, with the design work done from scratch for you.

Made to order: 3–4 week lead time. 100% payment up front before production.

  • Sizes (long side): S 3½ ft · M 5 ft · L 7 ft · XL 9 ft. Need another size? Ask; we cut up to 5 × 10 ft panels and larger in sections.
  • Steel: 14-gauge (S/M) or 11-gauge (L/XL) American steel with a 1-inch bent border and French cleat
  • Finishes: Powder coat in any color (base price) · Corten weathering steel, left natural to rust outdoors or pre-rusted and sealed for indoors (+25%) · Hand-applied patina: bronze, copper verdigris or blackened steel, sealed with a matte clear coat
  • Design proofs included: up to 5 revisions on your digital proof before we cut
  • Designed and built in Blue Ridge, Texas · ships nationwide (large sizes crated by freight)

How to order: 1) Pick a size and finish. 2) In the order notes, describe your idea: subject, any names, dates or brands, where it will hang, and colors. Email photos or sketches to info@ammetalworks.com with your order number. 3) We send a proof within about 3 business days. 4) Approve it, and we cut, finish and ship.

What happens after you order

  1. We email you within 1 business day from info@ammetalworks.com to get your design started.
  2. Have a photo, sketch or artwork? Just reply with it (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI or SVG, or a phone photo). Only an idea? Describe it and we’ll draw it from scratch, design work included.
  3. You approve a free digital proof (up to 5 revisions included) before anything is cut, so you know exactly what you’re getting.
  4. We build it by hand in Blue Ridge, Texas, then ship it to you.
